Refund policy

In short. Purchases and subscriptions are charged by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). They handle refund requests, under their own rules. The publisher cannot refund in their place.

1. Bought on the App Store (iPhone, iPad)

Go to Apple's "Report a Problem" page (reportaproblem.apple.com), sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, choose the purchase concerned and request a refund, stating the reason. Apple reviews the request and decides.

2. Bought on Google Play (Android)

Open the order history of your Google Play account, select the order and use the refund request option where it is offered. Time limits and conditions are set by Google.

3. Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future renewals; by default it does not refund the period already paid, for which you keep access until the end. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple account (Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). The lifetime purchase is paid once and does not renew.

4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

When you are a consumer in the European Union, you have in principle 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). However, article L221-28 of the same code excludes this right for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

When you buy digital content on the App Store or Google Play, the store may collect this consent and waiver at the time of purchase; its conditions then apply. If you are unsure about your situation, ask the store directly: it remains the point of contact for any refund.

5. Statutory guarantees

The above does not limit your statutory consumer guarantees (see the terms of sale).

6. Write to us

For a question about a purchase, write to contact@isquare.digital stating the store used (App Store or Google Play), the purchase date and the plan. Do not send a card number or other payment data. To restore a purchase, see the Support page.
